Fideuà

Origin: Gandia, Comunitat Valenciana
Smoked with orange wood.

While out at sea, fishermen from Gandia had a paella pan,
fish, and noodles instead of rice; once the noodles pointed upwards,
the Fideuà was born.

E.V.O.O, Onion, Mixed Seafood, Tomato sauce w/ garlic,

*Substitue fideos for rice and get an Arroz del Senyoret.
